Bendini S.p.A. was founded in 1968 by Elio Bendini based in Crespellano (BO), Italy
1989 Bendini joined the PPM group, France's leading manufacturer of all-terrain cranes.
1995 PPM became part of Terex Corporation, the name Bendini then became PPM SpA.
1999 PPM SpA . Terex became Italy Srl.
2002 Terex Italia joined Terex Cranes.
