Brief History.

1967 Potain & Poclain joined the group Lifting and hydraulic technology that founded PPM
1984 PPM was taken over by Case Tenneco
1987 The brand's production of cranes P & H is integrated in PPM, North America with a license given by Harnischfeger Corporation.
1988 PPM was acquired by the Group Legris Industries.
1995 Terex buys PPM, the name of the company then changes to Terex PPM.
2004 Terex PPM becomes Terex Cranes France.

Important achievements.

1976 Launch of the first all terrain cranes on the market. Equipped with two cabins and able to reach speeds up to 70 kmh.
1981 PPM widened its activity with the launch of the Stacker. Today we are the producers with the longest experience in container handling.
2004. Terex-PPM specialising in the design of arms, produced the longest arm ever built for the 2004 model AC40 and AC60 model in 2005.
2007 A step forward compared to its competitors with the launch of the Superstacker TFC 46M.

Terex - PPM is the only manufacturer to build machines that can stack six containers of 9 feet 6 inches in the first row and 5 feet in the second. Cranes and hoists that meet the tough requirements of the ministries of defence around the world, such as in The US, The UK and Syria . Terex - PPM aims to create low-temperature cranes, cranes for offshore installations, applications for aircraft carriers and fire trucks.
